Fiji Islands
After the recent success of the Red Sea Live-aboard trip, WWDC ar epleased to announce the jewel of the nile when it comes to Destinations-FIJI ISLANDS !! That's right, we're looking at travelling to Fiji towards the latter part of October after the dive show. Fiji is known as the soft coral capital of the world, and we'll be staying on the island of Castaway, where Craig and Karen used to work managing the dive centre there. Amongst other things, there is a shark encounter dive where the sharks literally come so close you'll need a macro lens, moray eel dive, and in Beqa lagoon, a dive with 14 ft bull shark encounters. The diving out of the resort is genrally nice and easy, and the trip will be open to all divers with any and all experience levels. The big shark dive however, will require advanced certificates as its at 30m. To see where we're staying click on www.castawayfiji.com WARNING-this isn't going to be a cheap trip guys, so start saving now !!
Sharm el Sheik
Sharm el Sheik will possibly be our last trip for 2006. We'll be looking at organising a trip here in February 2007, staying in Naama Bay, and diving with our good Welsh friend Alun Evans. For those of you that know Alun, after many years working the Red Sea, he has now set up his own diving company called Elite diving services. We're looking at diving with him, but staying somewhere in Naama Bay so we're still in and amongst the night life. Watch this space for more details.
