Bookings
A provisional booking may be made at any time, but in order to secure the booking a deposit of 25% of the total booking will be required.
The balance must then be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment can be either by cheque (made payable to West Wales Divers) or by card over the phone. We accept all major cards (except American Express)
All deposits are non-transferrable or refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If WWDC is forced to cancel a diving service for any reason (other than bad weather) prior to your arrival, a full refund will be given.
If you cancel any of our services upto 4 weeks prior to your arrival, then unfortunately we are unable to make refunds.
It is always reccommended that you carry Holiday Insurance for unforeseen events like ill health etc.
Bad Weather Policy for Boat Dive Charter or Guided Dives
We always endeavour to take people diving, and due to our location on a peninsula, in most circumstances we can seek sheltered areas. But if we are advised by the Coastguard or in anyway predict conditions to be dangerous, then we will be forced to postpone the trip for everyones safety.
WWDC cannot be responsible for weather conditions, however in the event on your arrival, we have to cancel boat charters or guided dives due to unfavourable weather conditions, we will refund you 75% of the boat cost to you or endeavour to transfer your booking
We cannot refund accommodation and food costs.
As Pembrokeshire is such a beautiful location, irrespective of the weather, and being situated in the heart of the National Park, there is plenty of alternatives to entertain you, in the unfortunate event bad weather prevails.
Package Deals
For people booking stay and dive packages, then we will only charge you the equivalent for accomodation and food costs, and offer you a credit relevant to the package for boat charter and diving services for a future booking.
